WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA

REMEMBER the Fallen. HONOR those who Serve. TEACH our children the value of FREEDOM. KCPS Radio and Aspen Grove Cemetary are participating in "Wreaths Across America."

Our goal is to remember our veterans through the laying of fresh live balsam wreaths on their graves. Our community volunteers will also say the name of every veteran out loud. Our ceremony at Aspen Grove Cemetery, Sacred Heart Cemetery, St. Mary's Cemetery in West Burlington, and Dodgeville, North 6th Street Cemetery, Old Stone Cemetery (Dodgeville,) and Jaggar Cemetery (Danville)  will be part of a nationwide effort at 4,700 locations in all 50 states placing over 3.5 million veteran's wreaths on December 14, 2024.
